Wedding Fever {Natalie & JD}

I’ve mentioned here that I am attending a LOT of weddings this summer, right? Last weekend was the first. I had the pleasure of attending the nuptials of friends JD and Natalie. {designed by the talented Erin of Bustle Events}. The venue was beautiful, the bride was gorgeous and you couldn’t help but feel drunk on love {or champagne!} surrounded by this couple and all the people who love them.
On of my favorite elements was the photobooth! The bride’s sister, maid of honor and my friend Megan created the props with Erin and it was a huge hit. Can you pick the before and after?

I Have Never In All My Life Seen Such

I don’t think I’ve mentioned this here, but I’ve enlisted the help of Jamie of I Suwanee and the envy-inducing Furbish Studio to help me with my upholstered headboard {yes – a la design*sponge}. Jealous yet?

My boyfriend is a wicked talent and had the wood cut in a matter of hours and now it’s languished for weeks while I’ve agonized over fabric {how to find it, how to figure out how much I need, what I even WANT, you get the idea}. This is where Jamie came in and she has been a tremendous help. And I think I’ve chosen a fabric.

In the meantime, check out these shots from her brick and mortar shop in North Carolina.

Girl’s got talent!
